Maple Walnut Salad

Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- Dash salt
Directions
Deseed and chop the apples.
Chop the cucumber to the same size as the apple.
Chop walnuts and red onion.
Tear the lettuce into a salad bowl.
Toss in the apple, cucumber, onion, dried cherries and walnuts.
Make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, milk, vinegar and salt.
Toss the dressing with the salad.
Notes
English cucumber maybe substituted with a couple mini cucumbers
Dried cherries maybe substituted with cranberries
