A fresh, flavour-packed Mexican salsa that's easy to make with chopped tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic and lime juice.

Ingredients
- 6 plum tomatoes (large)
- 1 onion (small)
- 1 green jalapeño chili
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime (big)
- dash of salt
Directions
Remove seeds from plum tomatoes and green jalapeno chili.
Finely chop plum tomatoes, onion, green jalapeno chili and cilantro.
Mice garlic cloves.
Juice lime.
Mix everything together in a bowl with a dash of salt.
Refrigerate until served.
