Louisa's Birdseed Crackers

These crispy nutritious crackers are a great healthy snack to enjoy throughout the day, served with a dip or a great compliment to a cheese platter.

Ingredients
- 2 cups seeds
- 2 tbsp. psyllium husks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 150 °C (300 °F).
Combine the seeds and seasoning.
Add water.
Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes.
Spread the mixture thinly (one-eighth inch thick) evenly on parchment paper on a large cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet into oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove cookie sheet from oven.
Using a knife score into nice shape pieces.
Notes
Seed variety is of your choosing (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, etc.)
Optionally add finely chopped nuts
Optionally add 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 1/2 tsp. celery salt
When scoring if pieces shatter too much bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until crisp
