Ingredients
- Chia Pudding
- Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Grain Free Nutty Granola
- Raspberries
- 2 tsp. Intensely Dark Chocolate bar
Directions
Fill a parfait glass or small bowl quarter of the way with chia pudding.
Layer with half a recommended serving size of high-protein low-sugar vanilla yogurt.
Follow with half the serving size of Grain Free Nutty Granola.
Layer half of the raspberries into the parfait glass or small bowl.
Shave a teaspoon of Intensely Dark Chocolate.
Layer with the other half of the yogurt.
Layer the remainder of the Grain Free Nutty Granola.
Add the remaining serving size of the raspberries.
Shave a teaspoon of the Intensely Dark Chocolate on the top of the parfait.
